Additional charge is required for more people. 7.5 % tax will be added to the total amount.
$99 non-refundable cleaning fee for each unit or $150 non-refundable cleaning fee for the whole house.
$300 refundable safety deposit for each unit or the whole house.
3 nights minimum stay for prime time in general. Call for the winter time rate and policy.
30% deposit is required for the reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to check-in date. Cancellations made 60 or more
days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check-in will receive a refund based on re-rental of the vacation home less a $100
cancellation fee.
